1. **Custom Orders**: All custom orders are carefully crafted to your specifications. Because these items are personalized and made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds.

2. **Quality Assurance**: We maintain strict quality control throughout the production process. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a clear description and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or credit for future orders.

3. **Order Changes**: Once an order is placed and confirmation is received, any changes to the order must be made within 24 hours. After this period, we will not be able to accommodate changes.

4. **Mistakes in Ordering**: Please double-check all specifications (names, dates, colors, etc.) before finalizing your order. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for customer errors after the order is confirmed.

5. **Shipping Issues**: Once the package is shipped, we are not responsible for lost, danaged, or stolen items. Please ensure you provide a secure shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
